Valor Fire Consulting is a boutique consulting firm focused on solving business challenges for public safety organizations and private businesses including Non-profits. It was founded by Jason Koski and his wife Karen, to combine their business backgrounds and skills to solve public safety challenges.

With over 13 years of Commercial Banking experience, Jason has seen first hand what makes organizations thrive or struggle and he is in his 8th year of the Fire Service and currently serves as a Captain with the Middleton Fire District (WI). Karen has a strong background in data analysis, survey design and psychology.
